Prime Minister SheikhHasina launched Bangladesh Post Office’s digital service “Nagad” for initiatinglegitimate privileges of financial transactions of the grassroots bankingservice among the denied people.

She inaugurated thisservice on Ganabhaban Tuesday afternoon, started by the Bangladesh Post officein order to reach the digital financial services to common people, particularlythose deprived of the banking services. The service is an all-inclusive digitalfinancial service and it will be able to provide faster service throughdifferent channels and computerized systems. This service will allowindividuals to make budgetary exchanges rapidly and securely at low cost.
