It is reported that if a customer calls * 3332 #, he will get an IVR voiceof 90 seconds where he will be asked five questions again. Answers receivedfrom customers will go directly to the Institute of Pathology, Disease Controland Research or IEDCR. Later, after reviewing them, some customers will becalled from the IEDCR to provide more details, he said.
