Looking for Python Trainer/Faculty Member who is confident in his/her conduct who is an experienced andprofessional Python Engineer with a capability of imparting the knowledge ofpython to the students.

Responsibilities:

•        Need to completeend to end training on python

•        Shouldpossess strong knowledge of Python

•        Train andguide the students to analyse the errors and design strategies to overcome them.

•        Should becapable of completing the assigned module in the given time.

•        Conductregular research for further enhancement of curriculum on a regular basis.

•        Should beable to communicate and connect with students in an effective way.

•        Develop aschedule to assess training needs.

•        Conductemployee surveys and interviews.

•        Consult withother trainers, managers, and leadership.

•        Track andcompile collected data.

•        Conceptualizetraining materials based on data and research.

•        Communicatetraining needs and online resources.

•        Coordinateand monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment

Trainer Requirements:

·        Shouldhave Bachelor’s degree

·        Atleast Two (2) years’ previous experience as a trainer, or related position

·        Atleast Four (4) years’ previous experience as a python developer or programmer

·        Goodinterpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

·        Excellentleadership, team building, and management skills

·        Excellentverbal and written communication skills
