Looking for Python Trainer/ Faculty Member who is confident in his/her conduct who is an experienced and professional Python Engineer with a capability of imparting the knowledge of python to the students.

Responsibilities:

•         Need to complete end to end training on python

•         Should possess strong knowledge of Python

•         Train and guide the students to analyse the errors and design strategies to overcome them.

•         Should be capable of completing the assigned module in the given time.

•         Conduct regular research for further enhancement of curriculum on a regular basis.

•         Should be able to communicate and connect with students in an effective way.

•         Develop a schedule to assess training needs.

•         Conduct employee surveys and interviews.

•         Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.

•         Track and compile collected data.

•         Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.

•         Communicate training needs and online resources.

•         Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment

Trainer Requirements:

·         Should have Bachelor’s degree

·         At least Two (2) years’ previous experience as a trainer, or related position

·         At least Four (4) years’ previous experience as a python developer or programmer

·         Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

·         Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
