Md. Tanvir has become the champion in the senior category and Sunny Zubair has become the champion in the junior category in the Coronathan Hackathon-19 competition.

Tanvir, a student at Daffodil International University and son of the MD of the Hi-Tech Park Authority. The ‘Stop’ project has given the idea of ​​tackling the epidemic through surveillance through AI-based CCTV cameras.

Virus Hunter, a team from Sharif University in Iran, has been runners-up in this category with the idea of ​​destroying viruses in populated areas through molecular dynamic simulations. The members of this group are Ahnad Ramjani Sadatabadi, Azadeh Kordajdeh, and Ali Azgar Mohammadi.

On the other hand, the team of Bangla Agriculture University Smart Acupuncture System has become the champion in the food and nutrition category. The members of this group are- Mohammad Iftekhar Alam Omar, Adnan Setu and Tamzir Ahmed.

The IUBAT team has also been runners up with the concept of ‘Digital Train’ innovation. The members of the team are Tanzila Binte Hafiz, Tawfiqul Anam, and Nasimul Islam, students of the International University of Business Agriculture and Technology.

On the other hand, in the open box category, the team of three students from Daffodil, University of Nevada, and BUET 'Rakshi' has become the champion with the Smart Apartment Isolation and Lockdown project. The members of this group are Abrar Masum, Nasif Zaman, and Fahim Hasan.

United International University team Minions has been runners-up in the same category by submitting the idea of ​​automated relief delivery system. The members of this team are Prashant Kumar Das, Anika Tahsin, and Arifa Akhter.

On the other hand, Sunny Jubayer, a student of Dhaka College became the champion in the health care category at the junior level by making a ventilator for Tk 40,000.

Daffodil International College student Ishrat Jahan Tuli has been runner-up in this category by inventing touch-less door hand sanitizer.

In the open box category of the competition, ‘Shopie’ has become the team champion with the concept of infection prevention service. The members of this group are Al Mamun Ovi, Abdul Azizul Hakim Vijay, and Maruf Ahmed Shafin.

Sami Khan, a student at Daffodil University, is a runner-up in this category with the idea of ​​disinfection benefits using ultraviolet rays instead of hand sanitizers.
